Since we provide continuous bookings for our bands and small ensembles we have negotiating leverage. Thus, you will typically get either a better price or the same price through us.

Peace of Mind:
Your contract is with us, a licensed provider of entertainment, and our musicians are covered under our liability insurance. It becomes our responsibility that your musicians make contact with you and/or your event manager, arrive early, as well as being made aware of any necessary load-in procedures. For when you are getting started this means that you can communicate with us as your sole contact, and we can let you know who out of the field is available for your event (less emails and phone calls for you!). Our renowned roster also means you can have one contact for various musical needs. For example, if you are using us for your wedding, you will have one contact for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and/or reception. There is no need to wait for four different band leaders to respond to your calls or emails, send any materials to you, or spend the time coordinating amongst them to ensure that they all work smoothly together on your special day.

24 Hour Accessibility:
Our office is open five days a week and a staff member is always on-call during the evenings and weekends. We return calls and emails the day that they are received. Our promotional material is mailed within 24 hours of a request.
